kick combos Empty kick combos

Hello every body new on here and fairly new to tkd i am from Thai/western boxing back ground and wondered if any body could give me some kick drills and combos to train on the heavy bag as I seem heavy legged lol

If you seem "heavy" take a look at your feet, when you are kicking do you rise to the balls of your feet? If you're not on your balls, then chances are you are flat footed, and just need to practise going onto the balls of your feet.
