Can anyone really go to squad training sessions? - I'm not as fit as I could be and am about as good at sparring as a penguin is to flying but I'm keep to learn and build on the skills I do have, just don't want to look like a bit of a plank if I attend - will people laugh or have a go?

No one ever laughs, just go and if you don't enjoy it stick with the regular classes.
