Can I train at any T.A.G.B. Club for the same monthly fee

I have just re-started training after 15 years. I stopped due to work commitments takjing me overseas on a regular basis. I have also introduced my 8 year old son to Tae Kwon-Do. I would love to get as much training time in as possible whilst in between jobs in order to re-learn all the patterns, techniques and terminology necessary to progress to a level whereby I can grade. I am unsure however whether I can train at different TAGB clubs having paid my monthly fees at my local class. Anyone Help?

Different instructors charge different amounts, most instructors have a set monthly/ half month fee that covers you to attend all of the lessons that particular instructor gives in a month.
