Restarting with my Family

Well, here I am 40 years old and haven't trained for 12 or so years. I reached the dizzy heights of red ends, and was okay (for a while) trained by Gianni Peros and Brett Fackrell in Penarth and Barry clubs

How happy was I to see that my local club now in Whitley Bay, has a family incentive second to none.

What do you think I can expect again?? these old bones aren't quite the same you know..... Going for the Family taster session next Monday.

Go for it. You have a head start on most people. I started when I was 42, seven years ago along with my daughter who was then 5. We love it.

i started when i was 44 with my three daughters they have all finished and i have just passed my 2nd dan i am now 51
