Favourite post training food
My favourite post training food at the moment is a couple of bannanas. Carbs, protein. Cute.

I don't normally "eat" any thing special after training; but I found that a protein shake does help muscle recovery after strenous training. I thought this was just a gimmick by gyms, etc but it does work.
